RKRMICRO SL, in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – GDPR – and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights – LOPDGDD), informs users that the personal data collected through the forms on the Website www.rkrmicro.com are included in specific automated files belonging to users of RKRMICRO SL services.

Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At RKRMICRO SL, we process the personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:

  • In the event of contracting goods and services offered through www.rkrmicro.com, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as for the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service.

  • To send information requested through the forms available on www.rkrmicro.com.

  • To send newsletters, as well as commercial communications related to promotions and/or advertising from RKRMICRO SL and the professional audio sector.

The personal data provided through the Website forms are processed for the provision of RKRMICRO SL services and for the sending of commercial or informational communications using the tools provided by the company.

Data Retention Period

How long will the collected personal data be kept?

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or until the user requests their deletion. RKRMICRO SL, with registered address at C/ Enrique Granados, 82, 28660, Tax ID B88447404, provides services related to the design and manufacture of professional microphone accessories intended for audiovisual production, film, interviews and professional audio environments.

Data Collected by Service Users

In cases where users upload files containing personal data to shared hosting servers, RKRMICRO SL shall not be responsible for the user’s failure to comply with the GDPR.

Data Retention in Compliance with the LSSI

RKRMICRO SL informs users that, as a data hosting service provider and in accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the moment when the service provision began.

The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the context of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, and will be made available to judges, courts or the competent authority upon request.

RKRMICRO SL is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how and any other rights related to the contents of the Website www.rkrmicro.com, the services offered therein, the software required for its implementation and the related information.

Software Intellectual Property

Users must respect third-party software made available by RKRMICRO SL, whether free or publicly available. RKRMICRO SL holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights to such software.

Protection of Hosted Information

RKRMICRO SL performs regular backups of the content hosted on its servers. However, it shall not be responsible for accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.

Data restoration is included in the service price only when the loss of content is attributable to causes directly attributable to RKRMICRO SL.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with the LSSI, RKRMICRO SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients.

In the case of users with whom a prior contractual relationship exists, RKRMICRO SL is authorised to send commercial communications relating to products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer.
