This document governs the conditions of use of the Website (www.rkrmicro.com) and the purchase of products and/or services through it (hereinafter, the “Terms”).
The activity carried out through the Website consists of the sale of professional microphone accessories and gardening products.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Website.
RKRMICRO SL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
2. The User
The User declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The User undertakes to:

The Website is intended for Users located in the countries where sales and shipping are enabled. RKRMICRO SL does not guarantee compliance with legislation outside Spain.
3. Purchase or Acquisition Process
Users may purchase products by selecting items, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process.
Once the order is placed, the User will receive an order confirmation email.
Electronic invoices will be issued where applicable or upon request.
RKRMICRO SL may archive transactions as proof of purchase, in accordance with data protection regulations.
4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply issues, the User will be informed and any amounts paid will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted by credit or debit card. All transactions are subject to authorization by the payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries are made to the countries and regions enabled on the Website at the time of purchase.
Orders will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.
If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the User may choose a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
It must be in the same condition as received
It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

The User is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Non-Returnable Items

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a period determined by the payment provider.

11. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

RKRMICRO SL shall not be liable for indirect, unforeseeable, or business-related losses.
RKRMICRO SL shall not be liable for technical failures or improper use of products by the User.
